Your privacy is very important to DSD Investor Group, Inc (DSD). So we have developed a Privacy Policy that covers how we collect, use, disclose, transfer, and store your information. Please take a moment to read through our privacy policies and let us know if you have any questions.

Personal Information 

Personal information is considered to be any data that may be used to uniquely identify or contact a single person. When doing business with DSD or its affiliates, you may be asked to provide your personal information. DSD and its affiliates may share this information with each other, only to use it consistent with this Privacy Policy. This information may also be combined with other information to provide and improve our products, services, content, and advertising.

How You’re Information is Used

Any of your information collected by DSD allows us to determine your credit worthiness and ability to participate in the deal or program you are inquiring about. It also allows us to keep you posted on our latest announcements, updates, upcoming events, and send important notices, such as communications about our changes to our terms, conditions, and policies. This information is important to your interaction with DSD, because of this you may opt out of receiving these communications by sending written notice to our office (5142 Garfield Road Delray Beach, FL 33484) but this would mean you would not be notified of any of our upcoming deals. Your information may also be used for internal purposes such as auditing, data analysis, and research to improve DSD’s products, services, advertising, and customer communications.

Collection and Use of Non-Personal Information

Some of the information that is collected is non-personal information data that does not permit direct association with any specific individual. DSD will not use, transfer, and disclose non-personal information for any purpose other than why it was collected. The following are some examples of non-personal information that may be collected occupation, language, zip/postal code, area code, and location.

DSD may also collect information regarding customer activities on our website. This information will be used to give us a better idea of the information our clients desire and provide this information to our customers along with helping us to understand which parts of our website are of most interest. Absolutely no information, Personal or Non-Personal, will be sold, traded or given to anyone other than DSD associates or their affiliates.

These technologies help us to understand which parts of our website people have visited, and facilitate and measure the effectiveness of advertisements and web searches. DSD and our affiliates also use cookies and other technologies to remember some personal information when you use our website. The reason for using these is to make your experience with DSD more convenient and personal. As is true of most websites, we gather some information automatically and store it in log files.  This information includes Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, browser type and language, Internet service provider (ISP), referring and exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and other various data.  We use this information to help understand and analyze trends and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole. This information may be used in our marketing and advertising services.

Disclosure to Third Parties and Third Party Service Providers

There may be times when it becomes necessary for DSD to make certain personal information available to strategic partners (affiliates) that work with DSD. Personal information will only be shared by DSD only when it pertains to deals or business involving these clients; it will not be shared with third parties for their marketing purposes. DSD does share it’s information with companies who provide services such as information processing, extending credit, delivering documents to you, managing and enhancing customer data, providing customer service, and conducting customer research or satisfaction surveys. These companies are obligated to protect your information in the same manners that DSD would.

Legal Uses

It may be necessary by law, legal process, litigation, and/or requests from public and governmental authorities within or outside your country of residence for DSD to disclose your information. We may also disclose information about you if we determine that for purposes of national security, law enforcement, or other issues of public importance, disclosure is necessary or appropriate. We may also disclose information about you if we determine that disclosure is reasonably necessary to enforce our terms and conditions or protect our operations or users. Additionally, in the event of a reorganization, merger, or sale we may transfer any and all personal information we collect to the relevant third party. 

Protection of Personal Information

DSD takes every precaution to safeguard your personal information; including, but not limited to, administrative, technical, and physical measures. These precautions help to protect against loss, theft, and misuse, as well as against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction.  Doing so will also protect the confidentiality of your personal information in case it has to be transmitted over the Internet. When posting on any of DSD’s websites or when posting on a DSD forum, chat room, or social networking service, the personal information you share is visible to other users and can be read, collected, or used by them. You are responsible for the personal information you choose to submit in these instances. For example, when listing your name and email address in a forum posting, that information is public. Please take care when using these features. To insure your personal information is secure, we communicate our privacy and security guidelines to DSD associates, partners and affiliates, and strictly enforce privacy safeguards within the company.

Integrity, Access and Retention of Personal Information

DSD strives to make it easy to keep your personal information accurate, complete, and up to date. We will retain your personal information for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes for the collection of the information. We will always make good faith efforts to provide you with access to your information so you may request, at anytime, that we correct the data if it is inaccurate or delete the data if it’s not required to retain it by law or for legitimate business purposes. Children’s Personal Information

Because we can’t control who visits ours websites, and there may be children that visit our sites, as soon as we learn that we have collected the personal information of a child under 16 we will take steps to delete the information as soon as possible. DSD does not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 16.

Third-Party Sites

DSD’s websites may contain links to third-party websites, products, and services. Our sites may also use or offer products or services from third parties.  Information that is collected by third parties, which may include such things as location data or contact details, will be governed by their privacy practices. International Users

Information you provide may be transferred or accessed by entities around the world as described in this Privacy Policy. DSD abides by all laws set forth by United States Laws and Regulations regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal information collected by organizations in the European Economic Area and Switzerland.
