DSD Investor Group, Inc. purchases stabilized and value-add Hotel properties of 100+ rooms in size and re-positions them by 1) adding capital improvements and 2) reducing expenses by creating operational efficiencies through the implementation of quality property management companies and possible re-branding. DSD then sells the community as a stabilized asset within three to five years.

Property Type: Nationally recognized brands and attractive boutique hotels

Asset Class: B to C (Primary focus is B class assets)

Location Quality: A to C

Property Size: 100 – 400 rooms

Pricing: $500k to $50M+

Property Vintage: 1976+

Investment Structure: All cash to seller; Loan assumptions on a case-by-case basis.
